Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, products may be shipped separately.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities.

@meliswarg is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we work with reliable shipping partners, @meliswarg cannot guarantee carrier delivery times.
